I have had trouble with my back for about ten years now. I have had surgery on my back about four years ago and it did not help me at all. I have gone to a different doctor and he said I needed surgery again,only this time the problem with my back was worse.

I use it behind my back sometimes and sometimes I use it to sit on,it's all according to how bad the pain is and where it is actually located. I use it in the car whenever I have to go somewhere. I had to go on a six hour trip and this cushion helped me so much.
